Eligibility Criteria & Application Standards
At Republic Investment Management Pte. Ltd., we believe that true partnership begins with shared commitment, mutual alignment, and verifiable accountability. As a regulated fund management company under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), we operate with strict due diligence, institutional compliance, and robust financial governance. Unlike other investment firms, we do not request upfront fees, commissions, or anchor investments. Instead, our Strategic Global Investment Partnership Program (GIPP) follows a transparent structure designed to ensure fair access to capital while maintaining robust financial safeguards.
What is an Anchor Investment?
An Anchor Investment is a minimum investment commitment made by a GIPP applicant into one of our verified internal investment programs — such as commodities trading, carbon credit portfolios, litigation finance, or structured royalty offerings.

🔍 How the GIPP Funding Model Works
Once an application is approved, the full investment amount is deposited into the client’s in-app investment account.
The client may transfer up to 90% of the approved funds to their registered bank account to begin project execution.
The remaining 10% is automatically allocated to the client’s Corporate Investment Account within our platform, where it remains invested for the duration of the partnership term.

We do not request or accept arbitrary upfront fees for participation. Instead, this model allows you to build trust and equity within our investment structure.
🔍 Why the 90% / 10% Allocation?
No upfront processing fees — unlike other firms, all administrative, legal, and management costs are covered from the returns generated on the 10% reserve.
Strong compliance & oversight — the reserved portion provides liquidity and governance throughout the partnership.
Balanced alignment — the client has full access to capital while Republic maintains a safeguard mechanism.
🔍 Fund Settlement at End of Term
The client must return 100% of the loan/invested amount to the designated investor account.
The client may then withdraw the 10% reserve plus accrued investment returns from their Corporate Investment Account.
Any incurred interest payments are settled to Republic’s designated management account, covering all managerial, legal, and processing fees.

Verified MAS-regulated custodial accounts
Dedicated legal and compliance support throughout
